A one-stop-shop for local help and support
connect4communities is a new initiative developed by Hampshire County Council and Isle of Wight Council in collaboration with partners, with funding from the Department for Work and Pensions.
The purpose of this programme is to support vulnerable families during the winter as the coronavirus pandemic continues and help ensure children and young people do not go hungry or without essential items.
If you are struggling to pay for necessities like food and fuel because of the impact of COVID-19, on this page you can find sources of local support available in your area.
You will also find details below about local organisations, restaurants, food retailers and charitable organisations who may be able to offer support, including those who can offer financial management or debt advice.
This information will be updated regularly as we learn of new services and offers so it is worth returning here to see what is new.
