Oddfellows – Isle of Wight
The Oddfellows fosters the kind of community spirit that many of us look back on with fondness. It’s a society made up of ordinary people from all walks of life, who help each other where they can and enjoy themselves as much as they can. We run a varied programme of social events from coffee mornings to days out, cards to ten pin bowling.
We’re a local Branch of one of the UK’s largest friendly societies, the Oddfellows, which has a 200-year-plus tradition of creating opportunities for people to meet up and make friends, as well as supporting its members in times of need.
We’re a not-for-profit, mutual society, where we’re run by our members, for our members.
We host regular inexpensive social events as well as one-off special activities.
If you’re interested in finding out more about becoming a member and the benefits it brings, such as access to care and advice and a range of financial benefits, call or email Maretta.Heap@oddfellows.co.uk
