The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea.

Bembridge Lifeboat Station is located at the eastern end of the Isle of Wight, adjacent to the infamous Bembridge Ledge. Founded in 1867, it has a Tamar class all-weather lifeboat, Alfred Albert Williams and a D class inshore lifeboat, Norman Harvey.
