We are here to provide support and information to help carers looking after someone with Mental Health difficulties or substance misuse.

Every Friday from 10am to 12pm.

These sessions will be covid compliant. Privacy and confidentiality are respected and ongoing for attendees. Refreshments will be available and there is a large free car park.

Please go to the Riverside Reception to have your registration number added to the parking system.
