DanceSense is a gentle dance programme designed specifically for people living with neurological conditions which have affected their movement. It gives participants the opportunity to develop confidence and strength and express themselves creatively in a supportive environment. It is also a chance to socialise with others living with similar conditions.
A group of us who share a love for dance, meet every Monday to do some contemporary dance technique and explore some choreography. If you’ve a little dance experience, not necessarily contemporary, and would like to give this a try, then do pop along to one of our sessions.
Chale Car Boot is located opposite the Wight Mouse Inn (postcode is PO38 2JF, Chale Recreation Ground) It is £5 per car and £8 per van for sellers who need to be there from 8.15 am. Buyers are usually let in between 9 – 9.30 am weather depending. Usually held on selected Sunday’s and Bank Holiday’s. Kindly take all rubbish home.
