Mindfulness is when we take time out of our day to focus on ourselves. When we bring peace to our busyness and enjoy the moment. We will be looking at the body, and how it holds stress and negativity, and finding strategies to help you acknowledge and manage that. Learning how to attract the best into your life. Mindfulness and meditation is not a religious practice, and is open to anyone. Please book for this event in advance.
