Come and join this friendly group – which includes men and women – contact Lisa 07917 127 004 “Lisa is an excellent teacher and makes the Pilates technique accessible for everyone, with all our different aches and quirks and issues. I find it excellent for helping me with my chronic back problem. Anyone can come along; it does look deceptively easy, but is really effective. We also have a laugh, which is almost as good as the relaxation, stretches and exercises.” Comment from Helen who attends the class.
