Bird Watching Walk – Weather Dependent. Now that the Auctioneer kitchen/bar has opened up at Rectory Mansion, the bird watching group will be meeting there at 10.15am on Wednesdays. We learn how to identify the birds on Brading Marsh, usually walking along the old railway track. We get back to Rectory Mansion at about 1.00pm. The group is guided by Malcolm Green who has an amazing knowledge of birds and takes great pleasure in sharing his knowledge with anyone who is interested.

Mindfulness is when we take time out of our day to focus on ourselves. When we bring peace to our busyness and enjoy the moment. We will be looking at the body, and how it holds stress and negativity, and finding strategies to help you acknowledge and manage that. Learning how to attract the best into your life. Mindfulness and meditation is not a religious practice, and is open to anyone. Please book for this event in advance. Phone: 01983 300423 Email: info-WOW@btconnect.com
