Brading Town Councillors are available every second and fourth Tuesday morning at the Brading Centre from 9.30-11.30, offering assistance and support to residents who are concerned about local issues affecting them. The Isle of Wight Council, CCG and Nestle Health Science have joined in partnership to offer this opportunity to attend a FREE 90-minute training session. This course for chefs in social care settings, and staff members who are involved preparing and thickening food, is in alignement with the IDDSI and will enhance staff knowledge on the use of thickeners.
