The Isle of Wight Council, CCG and Nestle Health Science have joined in partnership to offer this opportunity to attend a FREE 90-minute training session. This course for chefs in social care settings, and staff members who are involved preparing and thickening food, is in alignement with the IDDSI and will enhance staff knowledge on the use of thickeners.
