Join Wild About Wight on one our summer evening bat walks in the East Wight, run in conjunction with the Isle of Wight Bat Hospital, and led by local expert Graham Street. The walks will take place in a variety of locations across East Wight, all places well known for their thriving bat populations. We will be using bat detecting equipment to listen out for bats flying nearby, and to identify the different species of bats active in the area. Learn what you can do to protect and support bats in our towns and countryside. The walks are FREE but numbers are limited, so booking is essential. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone Vectis reception on 01983 525985 to book your pace. Meet at Appley Park car park, Ryde PO37 6QY.
