This new concept in Sheds is aimed towards all of those budding musicians across the island. Not everyone wants to build a bird box or restore an old building. Some may prefer to learn to get to grips with a new Riff or be among other men of a musical bent. A shed is about bringing (principally) men together to do what they want to do, to meet others, to participate in shared interests and activities, to “hang out with other men”, to utilise skills and share learning, and to give something back to the community. Our Acoustic Music Shed will be running every Wednesday evening, 6-8pm, at the First Floor, Chain Lane, Newport.
