Solent Swim 2022
Save the Date for the 2022 Solent Swim – Saturday 23rd July (Back-up date Sunday 24th July)

Entries will open on the 1st January.

The Solent Swim is one of the main fundraising events for the Centre and since our first event in 2010, more than 400 people have swum the Solent and raised over £200,000 for the charity.

Festival of Heroes is a great family day out raising funds for the little heroes Daisy Chains IW helps, giving you a chance to be and meet your heroes.

Tick something off your bucket list this summer!
This adrenaline-filled challenge offers spectacular aerial views of the Island as you take on a tandem skydive, jumping from over 10,000ft. at Sandown Airport this August!

Participants must be over 18 (or over 16 with written parental consent). There is a weight limit of 90kg clothed (above this weight at Club Chief Instructors discretion).

This years jump date is Tuesday 9th August 2022!
We ask for a payment of £80 and then a commitment to fundraise a minimum of £400.

All profits raised stay on the Island helping Age UK Isle of Wight to provide support & companionship to older Island residents.

Raising Money For Breast Cancer Now.

Deadpool Rob and Friends Summer Fun Day is Back!!After a hugely successful event last August raising money for Breast Cancer Now, were coming back Bigger and Better!

*Family Entertainment on site

*Loads of Cosplayers on site, from Super Heroes to Princesses

Deadpool Rob and his amazing cosplaying Crew will be on site all day ready to pose for fun pictures, and interact with everyone!

Dont forget, anyone is welcome to dress up and join in the fun… not just kids.. adults too! More the merrier!

Also on site don’t forget… Sandham Gardens have their super fun Sky Nets, Dino Golf and Go Carting… So why not make a whole day of it?

The Wolverton Manor Garden Fair external committee is hosting its 22nd show in 2022. All profits made from the fair are donated to Age UK Isle of Wight, with smaller donations also going to smaller Island charities chosen by the committee.

This years show dates are: 3rd & 4th September 2022 – 10am till 5pm.

Wolverton is the Island’s largest traditional garden fair, and boasts lots to see and do across the weekend. There are over 140 amazing Island & mainland nurseries, garden & craft stalls showcasing their wares. Elizabethan dancing, cooking demonstrations with Passamezzo. Classic car, bike, military vehicle & engine displays. Woodcarving & IOW coppice displays, farmers market & food trucks, vintage amusements, ‘have a go’ archery, kayaking around the moat. Dog agility displays & shows, IOW donkey sanctuary, West Wight alpacas and Haven falconry displays, re-enactments by Wolfguard, magic with Randini, live music and so much more over both days!

Admission on the day is £8.00 per adult – Children under 14 go free!
Advance ticket price is £6.00 – Available to purchase from July 1st.

Tickets can also be purchased on the door. The fair opens from 10am till 5pm both days. We have tickets booths on entrances at the door price of £8 Adult. This is a charity event and is a flat rate for all adults, Children under 14 go free. All profits from the fair stay on the Island helping Age UK Isle of Wight to support out older residents.

Run through the colours of the Age UK Isle of Wight rainbow as you run or walk through our 2K fun filled family friendly colour obstacle course! Fancy dress welcome!

Adults £10, Children (under 14) £5. Every pre-registered participant gets a free rainbow pack and medal.

Our Powder Run is running alongside a Family Fun Day! This includes Dog shows, funfair games, bouncy castle, bbq, bar, cakesale, stalls and much more!

The Fun Day is free entry, free parking and offers fun for the whole family!
